The Marshall Fraser Group  was established in 1987 by Christopher Fraser, and named for his son David Marshall.  Its purpose has been, and will always be to provide the Working Man & Woman 
with a valued resource within the world of Finance & Investments, of which real estate has always been a vital component. Affectionately known as "Midas", Chris has continued to successfully find as well as create investment opportunities for his clients where others have not thought to look.   Chris is a former Associate Vice President, award winning Financial Consultant & Realtor with Morgan Stanley Investments in New York.  His knowledge, Integrity and relentless work ethic has afforded him a reputation for excellence, and provided him with a distinguished and proven track record of success.  He is also a strong and vocal proponent for affordable housing within his community.
